Maura Mîndrilà is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur and polymath whose career has spanned multiple markets and includes three successful exits as a serial founder. Maura is currently the co-founder and CEO of AEMO Quantum, a U.S.-based deep-tech startup in stealth mode that is dedicated to positively influencing human emotions through groundbreaking technology. She also co-founded AEMO Quantum, Idlegcy NV, a regulatory tech AI SaaS platform, and STAFF, an international consultancy specializing in executive search for the tech sector. Prior to this, Maura practiced as an M&A lawyer in her own international firm. Her expertise in law, combined with her entrepreneurial ventures, has allowed her to play a pivotal role in shaping industry regulations and influencing international public policy in Brussels. Her insights have been sought after by regulators and policymakers, and she has contributed to the development of frameworks that balance innovation with ethical considerations.

Maura holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL), Belgium, with a specializations in international, european, and economic law, a degree in Art Direction from the Akademie für Mode und Design (AMD) in Hamburg, Germany, and interned with the Belgian House of Representatives and Senate. Fluent in six languages, she has a strong track record of collaboration across cultures and continents and is an active member of numerous networking organizations and platforms worldwide.
